service hot and cold leaking tap at a basin/shower/kitchen 30minutes labour + parts $5 total $55+gst

replace kitchen/basin taps for wels approved tap ware 30 minutes labour + parts (mixer tap essentials range 4 star wells $30 sundry items $22) total cost $102+gst

service leaking toilet 30 minutes labour + parts $10 for inlet and outlet valve washer total $60 + gst

if inlet valve needs to be changed (fluid master cistern inlet valve) additional $25

blocked drains

clear minor blockage, blocked trap kitchen/laundry/basin/shower/bath with chemical drain cleaner to eat away hair and soap and plunge clear 30minutes labour + parts $5 total $55+gst

clear major blockage in sewer line 100mm with sewer jeter $150+gst with 6 month warranty.

hot water systems

electric storage system any size $450 parts and labour + electrician + cost of unit + gst. 

gas storage system or gas instantaneous heater any size $380 + cost of unit + gst (this includes your gas certificate and gas plate for new appliance as well as testing existing gas installation)
